PRODUCT NUMBER 3603

The new ultra-realistic 22-23 week premature simulator has been created by a highly skilled team at Elstree Studios with the invaluable assistance of Dr. Alok Sharma, Consultant Neonatologist at Southampton Hospital, England.

An ultra-realistic premature simulator that can help prepare healthcare professionals for the urgent medical management of these vulnerable patients who face long stays in neonatal intensive care units (NICUs) and, although many extremely premature babies grow with no long-term effects, most face serious health problems at birth. The initial treatment they receive can have a dramatic impact on the babies’ short- and long-term development, so effective medical education is essential to optimise this care.
