Description

This multi-layer suture pad offers the opportunity to train the surgical closure of the outer skin of a pig.

This three-layer suture pad is particularly durable, perfectly imitating the characteristics of pig skin. A particularly thick and durable epidermis allows realistic incisions, sutures and surgical knotting techniques to be practised. The visual and textural demarcation between skin and subcutaneous tissue also offers the opportunity to practice intracutaneous suturing.
