CHARACTERISTICS

  • It has the ability to simulate trauma and features jugular and vascular access.
  • Realistic representations of the trachea, esophagus, and epiglottis are built into the airway.
  • These provide for the training of: airway management, endotracheal intubation, mouth-to-snout resuscitation and circulation assessment with external chest compressions
  • Mannikin comes with working lungs and artificial pulse and features for splinting and bandaging

FEMORAL LEG BONE FRACTURE TRAINER (option):

  • An added feature to the CCJ mannikin can now be included – a long oblique fracture of the right femoral leg bone.
  • This custom CCJ will allow students to learn how to set and repair common K-9 fractures. [Ref.2475]

CPR FEEDBACK MONITOR (option):

  • The CPR monitor is calibrated for canine resuscitation on our medium-sized canine simulators.
  • Measures compression rate and depth during animal CPR simulation
