What this equipment is and what it's designed for.
This simulator is a “two-in-one” catheterization simulator designed with interchangeable genitalia so students can practice and hone male and female catheterization skills. It allows participants to become familiar with female and male external anatomy while they learn basic nursing skills like catheterization.
Participants can also practice advanced nursing skills like ostomy care, cervical and rectal examination, and enema procedures.
