CHARACTERISTICS
GENERAL:
- Precise anatomical structure of the superior and middle blood vessels of the right leg, including the great saphenous vein, the femoral vein and its venous branches.
- Allows training in ultrasound-guided puncture catheterisation of the femoral vein and the great saphenous vein, including puncture, wire placement, catheter placement and other training
- After successful puncture, blood return can be observed.
- The process of puncture and insertion of guide wires and catheters is realistic to the touch.
- The femoral vein contains deep vein thrombosis, which can be trained to identify venous thrombosis under ultrasound. When ultrasound-guided puncture and catheterisation of the femoral vein is performed simultaneously, significant resistance changes can be felt when inserting guide wires and catheters.
