This unique gynaecological simulator is used to demonstrate the use of different contraceptive methods (so-called barrier methods), which are placed in the vagina next to the womb, in an unbeatable way to patients. These include the Femidom, FemCap (cervical cap), menstrual cup, contraceptive ring and diaphragm. The second strength of this model is that it teaches how to use pessaries in case of urinary incontinence or womb prolapse. It is a simplified representation of the female pelvis and genital tract.

  • The cervical cap is therefore catheterisable and allows intrauterine insemination (IUI).
  • The transparent vaginal wall allows the inside of the vagina to be seen.
