CHARACTERISTICS

• This task trainer allows venous and arterial cannula placement in adults for NPR in DCD donors, as well as for VA-ECMO in patients in cardiac arrest and refractory cardiogenic shock.
• Puncture and cannulation can be performed with real devices in the two-vessel insert (right femoral puncture site). The replaceable two-vessel puncture pad allows multiple access attempts as well as ultrasound-guided access and cutting.
• Vena cava entering the transparent right atrium.
• Transparent cardiac atrium allows viewing of the cannula entry (once the chest is removed).
